Harrogate Brew Co Vanilla Porter

Since watching a workshop on new lighting styles that are becoming on trend for 2023 I figured it would be rude not to implement those styles into this photo of the Vanilla Porter, being a dark beer I knew it would compliment well.

It consists of 3 studio flash lights, two for the red and blue gels and one illuminating the bottle with a clean light, then it was simply a case of styling the bottle and spraying the haze into the rear of the scene.

The prop used is an old Indian wall shelf which s happened to be painted in a similar cream colour, to the right I stacked some vanilla pods up against the bottle.

Editing was quite simple really as all of the effects I did in camera so was just a case of a little tidy up and some adjustments with colours.

This style gives me the 80’s feel with the haze and gel lights and reminds me of watching Top of the Pops with my Dad.
